Pet Dentistry

Dental disease can lead to health issues with the heart, liver, and kidneys and has the potential to seep into your pet’s bloodstream. In fact, 80 percent of dogs and 70 percent of cats over three years of age suffer from some form of dental disease, making it the most common pet health issue among our pet population.

Paws & Claws is proud to say that we have the most up-to-date equipment to treat dental disease. This allows us to detect if there is any disease beneath the gum line that we would not be able to see otherwise. We are often able to see undetected abscesses, broken teeth, resorbed roots, and retained roots.

Pet Wellness Exams

We recommend pets be seen annually for a complete physical exam similar to what is recommended to us by our doctors to find any problems or address any concerns that you may have about your furry loved one. However when problems or concerns arise please give us a call! We do more than just vaccines!! We also carry the most common pet medications. If we don’t carry it on the truck we will prescribe it for your pet or you can order through our online pharmacy. Click here.
